Gestalt Art Therapy is about using creativity to dive into your thoughts, feelings, and experiences deeply. It mixes art with being present in the moment, helping you get real with yourself, uncover insights, and work through whatever’s holding you back.

This therapeutic technique belongs to the group of creative psychotherapies, such as art therapy, movement therapy, and psychodrama. It is primarily based on the connection between movement and emotion (motion & emotion), using the body and its own language as a means to navigate a personal process of integration and growth.
Individual
sessions
Our approach is a humanistic methodology based on Gestalt therapy, with contributions from Psychodynamic psychology and Bioenergetics. The main attention is to the here and now, the present moment in which the person finds themselves, so that through the creation of Art Therapy they can become aware of their denied emotions and real needs.

Each group session is focused on a specific theme and is explored on an artistic level, with various materials, such as painting, drawing, clay, theatre-drama, voice, movement, dance, and more. We integrate the theme into the emotion connection and explore through art expression.
