While growing up I continue to send some cards of my travels and life updates to family and friends! Always a great way to connect with them. This is why I want to expand and share this delight with my community, when is the last time you received cool mail?

Mail will be shipped on the first week of each month and can take up to 1-2 weeks.

Once you subscribe to the mail club by Paypal, you will be billed every month from the day you joined.

If payment fails, your subscription will be cancelled automatically.

Make sure your address is complete and in the subscription form, like that I make sure to send it to your house.

If you can to cancel your subscription, you can do it thought your Paypal account or sending me a email asking to cancel.

Why hasn't my letter been shipped yet?
Letters are shipped on the first week of each calendar month. This means if you sign up after the 14 day of that month, you'll receive the membership of the next month.
When will I receive my letter? Can I track it?
Therapy Mail Club is sent via regular letter post (untracked) on the last business day 1st week of the month. If you live in Barcelona, letters generally goes faster. If you live another cities in Spain or another European countries, letters can take upwards of 15 business days to arrive. If you haven't received your letter within 4 weeks of them shipping, please reach out via email neweralab.community@gmail.com mentioning your situation and the month you applied.
How can I update my address?
You can update your address, payment details and pause or cancel your subscription at any time from the Paypal portal account. Please reach out if you need help with this - neweralab.community@gmail.com
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription in your Paypal account. If you don't have any Paypal account and you applied by Guest, please send me an email here to cancel your subscription with your name, email and address.
Help! I got my address wrong
Don't stress! Send me an email neweralab.community@gmail.com and I'll make sure it's updated before your letter is sent out.
When is Therapy Mail Club billed each month?
Therapy Mail Club is billed on the same day of the month that you initially sign up. So if you sign up on the 15th of July, you'll be billed on the 15th of August and the 15th of September, etc! If you'd like to cancel your subscription you just need to do so before your next billing cycle. (know the date you applied)
